  • David Daniel Kabbaz Chiver
    Chairman

    He is one of the founding partners of Grupo Danhos and has over 45 years of experience in the development and management of iconic, premier-quality real estate assets, as well as in acquisitions and financing of real estate projects. He is a member of the President’s Council of the Comunidad Monte Sinaí Judía de México and has held key positions in several institutions and organizations of the national and international Jewish community, including Governor of the University of Tel Aviv in 1990. He also actively participates in philanthropic activities addressing issues of education, health, and sport; additionally, he is also one of the “300 most influential leaders of Mexico”, a recognition given by the publication Líderes Mexicanos for his real estate vision and ability to transform the environment of the communities where their developments are located. Mr. Kabbaz studied architecture at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

  • Salvador Daniel Kabbaz Zaga
    CEO and chairman

    He has over 30 years of experience in real estate, including the design, development and administration of premier-quality mixed-use developments. Before joining Grupo Danhos in 1993, he had developed several architectural projects for office buildings in Mexico City. His capacity to conceptualize innovative, sustainable projects in highly populated urban areas, and his skill in managing and directing the developments, has been key in the growth of Fibra Danhos’ asset portfolio, which is considered a benchmark in the Mexican market. He has been recognized for his business skills and upright character, having held several positions in the Comunidad Monte Sinaí Judía de México.He has been President of the Association of Real Estate Developers (ADI) and is currently chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mexican REITs Association (AMEFIBRA), as well as one of the “300 most influential leaders of Mexico”, a recognition given by the publication Líderes Mexicanos. Mr. Kabbaz holds an undergraduate degree in architecture from the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, and studied for a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management and Construction Companies at the University of Madrid.

  • Jorge Gamboa De Buen
    Business Development Director

    He joined Grupo Danhos in 2000, and has more than 43 years of experience in real estate issues. Prior to joining Grupo Danhos, Mr. Jorge Gamboa de Buen was General Coordinator of Urban Reorganization of the Mexico City’s Department. He also has a Master's Degree on Urban Planning from Oxford Polytechnic, England; and he has been a Professor of Urbanism at several national universities of recognized prestige. Mr. Jorge Gamboa de Buen is a graduate in Architecture from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

  • José Benghira Sacal
    Construction Director

    He joined to Grupo Danhos in 2001, and since then he has held the position of Director of Construction of Grupo Danhos. Prior to joining Grupo Danhos, Mr. José́ Benghira worked for 7 years in the housing construction industry. Mr. José́ Benghira is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

  • Blanca Estela Canela Talancón
    Executive Director

    She has worked at Grupo Danhos since 1988 and has been Executive Director of Administradora Fibra Danhos since it went public in October 2013. Throughout her career she has held high-level management rolls in Administration, Financial Planning, Treasury, Fiscal Planning, Accounting and Sales. She joined the Technical Committee of Fibra Danhos in 2021. She is an active participant in various organizations including AMEFIBRA, where she served as Treasurer from 2014 to 2018; Forbes' Most Powerful Women from 2019 to the present; and the Metropolitan Steering Committee of Citibanamex from 2020 to date. She holds an undergraduate degree in public accountancy from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a Master's in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and has completed various specialization courses in Mexico and abroad, including certifications in upperlevel tax management and tax administration.

  • Jorge Serrano Esponda
    CFO

    He has developed a successful and ascending professional career. During the last years he carried out as Deputy Director of Corporate Banking in Grupo Financiero Inbursa and as responsible for the relation with investors from Grupo Carso. In his work as Deputy Director of Corporate Banking at Inbursa, he had the opportunity to structure a large amount of financial and credit operations in various economic sectors, among them, in an important way in the real estate sector. As responsible for the Relation with Investors of Grupo Carso, he accumulated experience in the work of communication with both local and international investors. Serrano is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Stern School of business at the University of New York.

  • Susana Cann Llamosa
    Legal Director

    Lawyer, with more than 16 years of experience in the real estate sector, mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate general and broadcasting. She is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana and worked as an associate at the firm of Santamarina y Steta, S.C.; and as legal Director in Bankaool, S.A. Institución de Banca múltiple (formerly Agrofinanzas, S.A. de C.V., SOFOL), and group Radiorama, Division Pergom. In his experience, she has actively participated in operations in the real estate area, both in the tourist sector and industrial, as well as she has participated in acquisitions, leasing and financing of properties for residential purposes, tourism development, and mixed-use project. She has advised developers, landlords and creditors in the procurement of financing for the acquisition, construction and refinancing of real estate projects, as well as the creation and improvement of the guarantees of these financings.

  • Fernando De Corcuera Pérez
    Operations Director

    With more than 26 years of experience in the area of operations and 10 years in the field of real estate, Fernando de Corcuera has participated in the merger of telecommunications companies, as well as in the planning, development, and commissioning of real estate complexes such as shopping centers, offices and mixed-use projects. He joined Fibra Danhos to occupy the position of Director of Operations. Fernando de Corcuera has a shopping center course from the ICSC, a degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International University of La Rioja Spain.

  • Rafael Villanueva Jiménez
    IT Director

    With more than 21 years of experience in I.T. in the telecommunications sector, information security as well as risk administration and control (PMI), was an advisor in ICA Reichman and Camoapa Telecomunicaciones, has been with Grupo Danhos for more than 18 years. Rafael Villanueva is a Computer Systems Engineer and has different certifications. He recently participated in the CISCO - IPADE Program given by the Universidad Panamerica.
